The Biomaterials Laboratory collaborates with several university research facilities and interdepartmental centers to support experimental, translational, and preclinical research activities.

University Research Facilities
POLISTAB – Animal research facility located within the Modena University Hospital area, supporting in vivo experimental studies and preclinical research activities.
C.I.G.S. (Interdepartmental Center for Large-Scale Instrumentation) – Advanced technological platform providing access to high-level scientific instrumentation and analytical technologies for biomedical and materials research.

Interdepartmental Collaborations
The Laboratory actively collaborates with several departments of the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia:
Department of Biomedical, Metabolic and Neural Sciences (SBMN)
Department of Engineering “Enzo Ferrari” (DIEF)
Department of Chemical and Geological Sciences (CHIMGEO)

Academic Collaborations
The Laboratory also collaborates with the University of Verona within the framework of the School of Specialization in Cranio-Maxillofacial Surgery, promoting joint clinical, scientific, and research activities.
